Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of the foamed-in-place doors manufactured and sold by Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc., to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal conditions, service and use, for five years from the date of installation. Warranty for door hardware is limited to the warranties provided by manufacturers of the door hardware.

Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of the walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, insulated environmental room, or other climate controlled refrigerated box installed by an authorized Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. installer, to be free from defects pertaining to the installation, under normal conditions, service and use, for one year from the date of installation by an authorized Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. installer.

Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. does distribute products of other manufacturers. The obligation of Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. for defective products of manufacturers other than Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. shall be limited only to the extent of the warranty given by the original manufacturer of that product.

If there is a product failure, the product in question must be examined and given a failure authorization number by a representative of Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. At that time, the obligation of Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. shall be limited to repairing or replacing the defective product, at the option of Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. No products sold by Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. shall be returned without prior authorization.

These warranties do not include labor and mileage costs associated with repairing or replacing defective products. Any Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. panels, doors, or other manufacturer's products distributed by Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc., found to have been moved from it's original location, abused, altered, neglected, rebuilt, or subjected to any accident, shall not be subjected to these warranties. Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc. assumes no liability for costs or repairs made outside of the manufacturing facility of Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc., without proper authorization.
