Illinois Fish Farmer's Co-op, Pinckneyville, Illinois
All of the manufactured panels used in the construction of the Illinois Fish Farmer's Co-op in Pinckneyville, Illinois were manufactured by Sphinx Panel and Door, Inc.

The indoor catfish processing plant measured 240' L x 80' W x 13'-14' H, and comprised of a freezer, a cooler, a processing room, a refrigerated ship-out area, an offal room and an ice room.

The State of Illinois provided incentive loans for this project and this operation represents the first of its kind in Illinois.
