over pre-laid concrete floors.
In a freezer application, the floor will always
be insulated, with proper vapor barrier and
moisture drainage integrity implemented.
Different concrete floor plans are acceptable
for these projects and Sphinx Panel and Door,
Inc. can be consulted on these issues.
The foamed-in-place polyurethane wall and
ceiling panels generally range from four to
six inches thick.
Wall
heights are generally ten feet to twenty feet,
but free standing inside walls to twenty five
feet are available.
Standard panel skins available are 26 gauge
G90 embossed galvanized steel, 26 gauge G90
USDA white embossed galvanized steel, and
26 gauge stainless steel.
